New to CrossFit?

We’re specialists in taking care of people regardless of where they are in their fitness journey, so you can rest assured our coaches will be welcoming and supportive – while still challenging you to push, learn, and grow – when you stop in to check out what we offer. Because everyone is an individual with different schedules and different lives, we’ve got a few options to choose from so you can pick which best fits for you:

Free Intro Class

Free Intro Class

Stop in and join others who are new to CrossFit with this free 1-hour introductory class!

Our coaches will lead you through a warm-up, get you ready for a workout, and bring you through a fun CrossFit-stlyle workout so you can get a taste of the “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement” philosophy that is the foundation of CrossFit. The workouts will be appropriate for all fitness levels (one of the other cool things about CrossFit – the workouts fit “couch athletes” and those with sports backgrounds alike!), and you’ll be able to push yourself in a fun, supportive environment.

You’ll also get to experience what makes CrossFit Una Stamus great: Our “Together We Stand” culture, where you’re part of the family.

Free Intro Classes are offered every Saturday at 9:30am and every Tuesday at 7:30pm.

Fundamentals Program

Maybe you’ve heard a little about CrossFit from a friend and you’re ready to see what all the hype’s about, or perhaps you tried our Free Intro Class and you want a little more – or maybe you just know you’re ready to commit to a change and want a fitness program that’ll help you burn fat, build muscle, and get measurable results. Regardless of your reason, this is a great option for you!

Our Fundamentals Program is designed to get you involved with our CrossFit community from Day 1, where you get the benefit of workout out with both current members and others who are starting out just like you.

These classes are designed to give you a great exposure to what CFUS is all about, help you learn about some principles of nutrition that will fuel your body and your success, and get you physically challenged with a workout that will target your current fitness level – regardless of where it’s at.

After the workout (but still part of the 1-hour class – we know your time is valuable!) we’ll also spend some time with the “CrossFit Fundamentals,” where we’ll build your knowledge of the movements we’ll be using to get you stronger (while being safe and protecting your body!), the “lingo” you’ll hear around the gym, and background of the CrossFit philosophy.

After 4 of these Fundamentals classes, you’ll be ready to join our regular CrossFit classes – and you’re welcome to continue coming to the Fundamentals classes as well (because no matter what you’re doing in life, practicing the fundamentals will always make you better!).

The best part? You can start any time! You don’t have to wait for a special start date that’s weeks away, and you don’t have to “get in shape” in order to start CrossFit. And, because we know starting something new is always a challenge, this program has a special introductory rate that gives you a one-month unlimited membership in addition to your Fundamentals program – so you can experience all CrossFit Una Stamus has to offer.

Our Fundamentals classes are offered Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:30am and 6:30pm.

Maybe your schedule is challenging and getting to our Fundamentals Classes isn’t an option – or maybe you just prefer to get started in a 1-to-1 setting with just you and your coach. No problem! At CrossFit Una Stamus we offer an individualized Fundamentals program that is tailored to your schedule and fitness level. You’ll work with one of our coaches to get you a great workout, build your CrossFit knowledge, and get you ramped up and ready to join our regular CrossFit and Fundamentals classes. Since this program is tailored specifically to you, the time to completion will vary a bit but we’re ready for you to start any time – and a great time to start is now!

Our coaches have had the honor of dropping in to CrossFit boxes all over, and have loved the experience – so we know first-hand what a great time it is to hit a WOD at a new place where you feel like family the second you step in the door.
