I have always been involved in sports since I was young. I grew up playing football and was a thrower in track. That being said just because I was involved in sports did not mean I was living a healthy life. I realized in college that I needed to make a change and focus not on the sports themselves but on the benefits behind participating in them. Shortly after that I started eating healthier and started losing weight. That is when I started to realize that fitness can be fun and can be used to help you grow.
Something that I have always been passionate about is helping others and that is the main reason I got into coaching. I like taking time for others and seeing how I can help them as a coach I really get to know everyone in class and understand their reason for being in class.
